Vahram Muratyan "Paris Versus New York"

For some inspiration I went to the library to see if any books would help start me off on my new project. I then found this book called 'Paris versus New York' I thought this book was quite interesting to read it, without really knowing what I would use it for.
Varhram Muratyan's book is about the difference he noticed living in both Paris and New York so he decided to put them in a book in the form of a simple images that show the comparing of objects such as a baguette to a bagel. It also shows what each city does or looks like, things you would not think of like the baguette and a bagel, you would not think of these to compare.
"In the fall of 2010 during a long stay in the United States, he launched his first blog, Paris versus New York, a tally of two cities"
This book shows the personalities of both cities.

  • Negative/ Positive

"It's not to say that we have in Paris, you don't have it in New York, and vice versa" "It was a way of saying how the two are influencing each other"- Vahram Muratyan
